marketing strategies marketing value propositions digital marketing search engine optimization advertisementThe digital marketing strategy will help educate teens and grow our social impact. In collaboration with a Non-profit organization Victim Services, we educate teens ages 13 -24 years on prevention of sex trafficking. We must reach teens who are most at risk BUT all teens are our primary user. Our secondary audience is educators, parents and supporting organizations.
This digital marketing strategy should consider both a short term campaign for the February 2023 game launch at the Victim Services youth symposium in Ontario (Capacity to reach over 12,000+ people.) and a longer term marketing strategy.
The main questions we need help with are:
- How do teens and educators currently perceive our game?
- How do we better drive traffic to our game?
- What channels will most impact our primary and secondary audience? How should we best leverage these for our goals?
- What core messages best explain our value? How do these differ for primary and secondary audiences?
- What budget is appropriate for ads?
The following tasks and outcomes would support success:
- A report on how people perceive our company's brand and marketing efforts. Primary and secondary audiences and their needs or differences.
- We would like the report to include what channels we should utilize for promotion of our game, what budget is appropriate for our goals, and how our messaging could be created to explain our value proposition to both our primary and secondary audiences. Examples of suggested creative content and messaging via social channels would be an incredible support.
- Helpful SEO and ad or promotional recommendations to boost traffic to the site
- Students can go above and beyond by considering a digital campaign built to grow awareness of the issue while promoting the game.
Students will connect directly with the employer for mentorship and supervision throughout the project. We will onboard all students with a dive into our work, past research and add them to our internal communications tools including Slack and Asana. We will set up weekly or bi weekly zoom calls via Studio Jayne CEO and where relevant, other employees and partners will join. In order to share specific data, we may ask students sign an NDA to provide access to proprietary data on a needs basis.
